1. What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

2. Is COD available?

Yes, on selected pin codes. A COD convenience fee of Rs 99 will apply.

3. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify the order within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at support@korahstitch.com

Shipping & Delivery

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days from our side and delivered within 7-10 business days to our customers after placing the order.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within India only.

Returns & Refunds

6. What is your return policy?

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

7. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

8. When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 7-10 business days after quality checks in the form of store credit which has a validity of 12 months from the date of issue.
