Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward exchange and return process to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. 1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Time Frame: You may return or exchange items within 3 days of the delivery date. 

- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear may not be accepted.
- Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, bags, or accessories.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@korahstitch.com within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and specify whether you want a return or an exchange, along with the reason.
- Step 2: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
- Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include a copy of the order confirmation or return authorization.

4. Exchange Process:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and send out the new item. Availability of exchange items is subject to stock levels.

5. Return and Refund Process:
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 7-10 business days for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only if you are not satisfied with your purchase, which will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. No refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Cancellations:

- Yes, you can cancel or modify the order within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at support@korahstitch.com. 

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@korahstitch.com. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, in the form of store credit once the defect is confirmed.

8. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@korahstitch.com.
